Five steps, from diagnosis to scale
The same delivery model in every domain, so scope stays tight and surprises stay small.
Diagnose
Sit with how your business actually runs today, find what is really causing the problem, and agree what success looks like.
Design
Turn the problem into a clear plan: what gets built, how it connects, and in what order.
Build
Build the system, connect it to the tools you already use, and get it ready for real work.
Deploy
Go live carefully: test it properly, train your team, and stay close while it beds in.
Scale
Watch how it performs, fix what strains, and grow it as your business grows.
Operating principle: scope tightly, make assumptions explicit, and keep the feedback loop short.

We offer four practical ways to engage
Discovery Sprint
We diagnose the problem, propose a solution, and give you a realistic cost and timeline before you commit to a build.
MVP / SaaS / Platform Build
A full build with agreed scope, clear milestones and a release plan you can hold us to.
AI Solutions
Automation, AI features or custom tools added to the systems you already run.
Tech / Product Partnership
A dedicated engineering team that stays with your product month after month.
Questions about working with us
How long does a project usually take?
A Discovery Sprint takes one to two weeks. A full build usually runs from six to twelve weeks, sometimes longer where there are many integrations or a large data migration. You get a realistic timeline at the end of discovery, before committing to the build.
What does it cost?
It depends on scope, and we would rather not guess at it. The Discovery Sprint exists precisely so you get a real number based on real understanding, not a figure invented to win the work. Discovery itself is a small, fixed commitment.
Who actually does the work?
The engineers who scope your project are the ones who build it. You are not handed off from a sales conversation to a team you have never spoken to.
What happens after the system goes live?
We stay close through the first weeks in production, when problems actually surface. After that you can take it entirely in-house, keep us on for maintenance, or continue with an ongoing partnership. All three are normal.
Do we own the code?
Yes. The code and documentation are yours. We hand over properly so your own team, or any other developer, can pick it up without depending on us.
Can you work with our existing developers?
Yes, and often that is the best arrangement. We work alongside in-house teams regularly, and we would rather strengthen a team you already trust than replace it.
We are not technical. Is that a problem?
Not at all. A good part of our work is with owners and managers who know their business deeply and do not want to learn software jargon to get what they need. We will explain things in plain terms and we will not make you feel foolish for asking.
Let's talk about what you're building
Tell us the problem in your own words. We'll tell you honestly whether we're the right people for it, and what a sensible first step looks like.
