How quickly will you reply?
Within one business day, and usually sooner. A person reads your message, not an autoresponder.
What should I include in my message?
Whatever you already know: the problem you are trying to solve, who would use the system, and any deadline you are working to. If you are not sure yet, write that instead. Half-formed ideas are perfectly fine as a starting point.
Do I need a technical specification before contacting you?
No. Most clients come to us with a business problem, not a specification. Working out what should be built is part of what we do.
Do you work with clients outside Bangladesh?
Yes, regularly. We have delivered platforms operating in the United States, the Middle East and across South Asia, and we are used to working across time zones.
Is the first conversation free?
Yes. The initial conversation costs nothing and carries no obligation. If we do not think we are the right fit, we will say so and point you somewhere better if we can.
