Blue Ridge International Solutions is a software development company that designs and builds custom software, web and mobile applications, SaaS and enterprise platforms, ERP systems and AI-enabled solutions. We start from the business problem, deliver end to end, and leave clients with capability they can operate and extend.
Do you build custom ERP systems?
Yes. ERP is one of our core areas. BooksIQ is our AI-integrated SaaS ERP covering sales, purchases, payroll, accounting, inventory, reporting and multiple business units. We also build retail and point-of-sale ERP through Supershop, and hospital ERP through Shafa HMS.
Can you build a hospital management system or EHR?
Yes. Shafa HMS digitizes hospital operations end to end and is built on HL7 FHIR R4, ICD-11 and LOINC, making it ready for the DGHS Health MIS, the National Health Data Repository and the Unique Health ID framework. Shafa EHR covers electronic health records, prescribing and clinical documentation with AI-assisted clinical summaries.
Do you work with AI and large language models?
Yes. Applied AI runs across our work rather than sitting in a separate practice. We build workflow automation, AI features inside existing products, custom AI tools and integrations, using OpenAI and other LLM APIs, NLP, LangChain, vector databases and orchestration tooling.
How do projects usually start?
Most engagements begin with a Discovery Sprint lasting one to two weeks, producing a problem diagnosis, a scoped solution concept, a rough-order cost and an implementation plan. Projects then move into an MVP or platform build, a project-based AI engagement, or an ongoing product partnership.
